In the past 24 hours, aluminum prices have shown notable fluctuations.
According to data from Investing.com, the current aluminum price stands at $2,691 per ton, an increase of $9 (0.34%) compared to the previous day. The opening price was $2,675 per ton, with a daily trading range of $2,671 to $2,709 per ton.
The 52-week price range for aluminum is between $2,154 and $2,740 per ton, indicating that the current price is approaching the highest level of the year.
This increase may be related to record-high alumina prices, the primary material used in aluminum production, which has driven up production costs.
However, it is important to note that metal prices can fluctuate due to various factors, including raw material costs, supply and demand conditions, and global economic trends.
